What information we process
We process only the information you send us yourself through the contact form:
- name
- company, if you state one
- phone number
- e-mail address
- project type and your description of the job
- attached files, if you upload drawings or photos
Purpose and legal basis
The information is used solely to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. The legal basis is your consent together with our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries from potential clients.
Retention
Enquiries are kept for as long as is necessary to handle the matter. If the enquiry does not lead to a collaboration, it is deleted no later than 12 months after the last contact. If an agreement is entered into, the documentation is kept in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act.
Disclosure
We do not sell your information and do not pass it to third parties for marketing purposes. The information is processed by our web host, which hosts the site and forwards the form as e-mail.
Cookies
The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools.
Fonts and third-party services
The site loads no fonts, scripts or other content from third parties. Everything is served from our own hosting. Your IP address is therefore not passed on to Google or any other provider when you visit the site.
Your rights
