Assessing the job
We visit the site, go through the drawings and agree the scope and schedule.
Planning and preparation
Concrete class, reinforcement and formwork solution are set by the structure and the load.
Reinforcement and formwork
Formwork is erected, reinforcement tied and checked against the drawing before casting.
Casting
Casting follows DS/EN 206, with slump and temperature under control.
Control and handover
Curing is monitored, surfaces are checked, and the job is handed over on the agreed date.

Concrete does not forgive mistakes. That is why the work is settled before the first cubic metre arrives on site.
Planning
Materials, crew and deliveries are planned before the first cubic metre of concrete reaches the site.
Equipment
Formwork systems, vibrators and pumping capacity are chosen to match the size of the job.

Slump, temperature and curing are checked during casting in line with DS/EN 206.
